Who we are. CellFree is operated by a sole trader based in Singapore ("we", "us", "the Operator"). You can reach us at hello@cellfree.io.

What this site collects. This marketing site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If you submit a form (Partner Early Access or Contact), we receive the details you entered plus the submission timestamp, and use them only to respond to your enquiry.

What we do not collect. No IP-based tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party scripts, no social media pixels.

Your rights. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time — write to hello@cellfree.io. We will respond within 30 days.

The CellFree app. A separate privacy notice applies to the consumer app (iOS / Android) and the live-event backend. That notice is published in-app and at cellfree.io/app/privacy when the app ships (Phase 4).

Acceptable use. You may browse this site and submit forms for their intended purpose. You may not scrape, mirror, or attempt to disrupt the service.

No warranty. This site and its content are provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties about fitness for any particular purpose.

Intellectual property. The CellFree name, logo and brand assets are owned by the Operator. You may not use them in marketing, merchandise or domain names without prior written permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

CellFree aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this site. We test with assistive technology and aim for Lighthouse Accessibility scores of 95+ on every page.

Specific commitments. Semantic HTML on every page, keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast (cream text on a near-black background; vivid red reserved for emphasis), motion that respects prefers-reduced-motion, and alt text for meaningful images.

Known gaps. Hero videos autoplay with sound off; we do not currently provide signed captions on the marketing site. If you find an accessibility issue, please email hello@cellfree.io and we will fix it.
